RENTAL INFORMATION AND RULES
Welcome from the Corryton Community Club and THANK YOU for choosing the center to hold
your event. Listed below are the standard hours and rates for the rentals. There are 3 rooms
available for rent. Room A is available Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays. Rooms B and C are
available weekdays & weekends. In addition to the rental rates, there is a $50.00 refundable
damage deposit if all requirements are met.
Room A has a capacity for 150 people. There are (8) 60” round tables & (6) 6’ rectangle tables with 150 chairs.
Room B has a capacity for 30 people. There are (3) 60” round tables & (2) 6’ rectangle tables with 34 chairs.
Room C has a capacity for 36 people. There are (4) 60” round tables & (2) 6’ rectangle tables with 40 chairs.
RESERVATIONS:
Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve rooms
The park, playground, and walking trail are for public use and cannot be reserved
Representatives of all groups and entities, and any person or entity reserving the center
agrees to indemnify the Corryton Community Club & Center for all personal injuries and
property damage incurred from the use and occupation of the facility
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds will be issued if cancellations are required 29 days or less of the reservation
date. Exceptions and shifting dates will be considered due to deaths, serious illnesses,
or inclement weather. For a full refund, minus the $50 damage deposit, you must cancel 30 days prior to your reservation date
ROOM SET-UP:
You are not permitted in the building before or after the designated rental times. Earlier
set-up times may be arranged pending other usage of building and rooms
You will need to furnish all the supplies that are needed for your event. We will supply 2
rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and extra trash bags. There are pull down paper towel
dispensers with paper towels located next to the sinks for hand drying. (2) dish towels,
(2) dish cloths, and (2) potholders will be in each kitchen. Please leave them on the
counter when finished.
Do NOT scoot or push/pull tables across the floor. Do NOT push tables or chairs directly
against walls or doors. Put tables and chairs back in the position you found them when you arrived
NOT PERMITTED:
NO staples, tacks, nails, tape, glue, etc are to be used to hang decorations on the
walls, doors, windows, ceilings, etc. Felt boards are available to hang decorations on.
Table decorations may be used. *Attaching any of these items listed to the walls will
result in forfeiture of your damage deposit and may result in additional
damage/cleaning charges as well as the inability to rent the facilities again.
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT PERMITTED: alcoholic beverages, firearms, gambling,
smoking, loud music, livestock, or animals, glitter, dry rice or bird seed, burning candles,
paint, straw/hay, and/or pop confetti.
CLEAN UP/LOCK UP:
You are required to do the following general clean up listed below as well as trash
removal to be refunded the $50.00 damage deposit and avoid additional
cleaning/damage fees at a minimum of $250.00 pending damages or messes left
behind found at closing inspection
Brooms, mops, and cleaning supplies will be available for your use in cleaning
Sweep and mop floors, wipe down tables and countertops as well as the stove and
microwave spaces. Do not leave anything in the refrigerator or freezer once your rental time has ended.
Please clean up bathroom messes beyond general use of the facilities.
Turn off all lights and lock all doors when leaving. Any lost key or misuse of keypads will
result in a $75.00 replacement fee. You are responsible for any damage done to the
building due to unlocked doors
